State Bank of India issued a banker’s cheque in the amount of 0.01 Indian rupee to Dinesh Upadhyaya on December 30, 2016 after a four-month legal correspondence with bank officials. He gave the draft as a gift to his brother on his birthday. It was drawn in favor of his brother's company "Unimax Facility Management Services".
He paid 25 Indian rupees as a commission to the bank to get the banker's cheque.
