Arvind Kejriwal is a prominent Indian politician, social activist, and the current Chief Minister of Delhi. He was born on August 16, 1968, in Haryana, but his ancestral roots trace back to Uttarakhand, particularly the Pauri Garhwal region. Kejriwal rose to national prominence as an anti-corruption crusader during the India Against Corruption movement led by Anna Hazare in the early 2010s, which called for the enactment of the Jan Lokpal Bill.
