If you are granted use of IBR Materials (branding kits, logos, certificates, etc.), they must not be altered, misused, or redistributed beyond their intended scope.
When you upload or submit materials (e.g., videos, photos, articles, or descriptions) to IBR, you grant IBR a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display your content for record validation, publication, and promotional purposes.
You warrant that:
• You own or control all rights to the content.
• The content is accurate and not defamatory or unlawful.
• You have obtained necessary permissions from all persons appearing in the content (especially minors).
IBR may reject, remove, or retain content at its sole discretion, even after deletion requests, for archival or compliance purposes.
• All applicable fees (for record applications, awards, merchandise, etc.) must be paid as per the published guidelines.
• Fees once paid are non-refundable unless explicitly stated by IBR in writing.
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed within the stipulated timeframe and may exclude service costs already rendered.
Participation in any record attempt or related activity is entirely at your own risk. IBR does not assume liability for any injury, damage, or loss arising from participation or misuse of the Services.
You agree to conduct all activities safely, ethically, and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
• IBR disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
• IBR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss or personal injury.
• Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to IBR in the preceding 12 months.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IBR, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, costs, or damages resulting from:
• Your misuse of the Services,
• Violation of these Terms, or
• Content submitted by you.
IBR may, without prior notice, suspend or terminate your access to the website or any service:
