Dipika Kumari, an eighth grader from Ormanjhi, became part of UNICEF’s Adolescent Reporters Programme, speaking up for girls' education and equity. Her heartfelt conversation with the Chief Minister about exclusion from the Savitribai Phule Kishori Samridhhi Yojna led to a policy change-now all unmarried girls in government schools are eligible, regardless of their birth order in a family. Through her voice, Dipika empowered countless others to overcome financial and systemic barriers.
