Pasaltha Khuangchera (c. 1850-1890) is a legendary Mizo warrior and resistance leader, renowned for his valor during the Lushai Rising against British colonial forces in the late 19th century. Born in Parvatui under the chieftainship of Lianphunga, Khuangchera was the youngest of three brothers and hailed from the Ralte Kawlni Kawltung tribe. His early life was marked by exceptional bravery; as a youth, he accompanied village heroes to investigate an injured wild bear, showcasing his courage.
