Pooja Mishra is an Assistant Professor of Organisational Behaviour at the Indian School of Business (ISB). Dr. Pooja Mishra is originally from Madhya Pradesh, and she is currently serving as an Assistant Professor of Organisational Behaviour at the Indian School of Business (ISB). Her research integrates insights from sociology and psychology with organisational literature to understand the challenges faced by women, workers from lower socioeconomic backgrounds, and older workers.
Dr. Mishra has co-authored research on constructive deviance in organizations, published in the Journal of Management. Her work provides actionable knowledge on how organisations can address social problems and promote socioeconomic mobility and equality of opportunity. In addition to her academic roles, Dr. Mishra is involved in mentoring and guiding research associates at ISB. She is currently looking for candidates with strong analytical and quantitative skills to work as Research Associates in her team.
