Trilochan Beura, from Odisha, is a dedicated educator and mentor who has devoted his life to supporting visually impaired children and youth. His journey began when he noticed how many children with vision loss were excluded from mainstream education and sports. Moved by their struggle, he made it his life’s mission to empower them.
Without much external support, Trilochan began voluntarily coaching visually impaired students not just in academics, but also in sports, self-reliance, and life skills. Over time, his students have gone on to achieve academic success, sports medals, and gain confidence that once seemed unimaginable.
