The 14-Hour Music Marathon in Chandigarh was held on 6 July 2013 at Elante Mall, where singers and bands came together for a non-stop musical performance that lasted from 8:30 am to 10:30 pm. The event, titled “My Music Marathon,” followed strict rules allowing no more than a 10-minute gap between songs, ensuring a continuous flow of live music. Featuring multiple performers, including popular local bands, the marathon successfully ran for 14 hours straight, earning recognition in the Limca Book of World Records. This achievement not only showcased the region’s vibrant music culture but also celebrated Chandigarh and Punjab’s shared passion for live performance and artistic endurance.
