The 4th EMRS National Cultural & Literary Fest and Kala Utsav 2023, organized by the National Education Society for Tribal Students (NESTS) under the Ministry of Tribal Affairs and hosted by the Eklavya Vidyalaya Sangathan Samiti (EVSS), Uttarakhand, was held from October 3 to October 6, 2023, at Maharana Pratap Sports College, Dehradun. The event gathered an impressive cohort of over 2,000 tribal students from 22 states, competing across more than 20 events ranging from dance, song, quizzes, and visual arts to on-the-spot painting and more.
