Debnath, a renowned sand artist and guest lecturer at the Government College of Art and Craft in Agartala, Tripura, created the largest indoor sand art sculpture in India, titled "Salute to the Nation." Measuring 6 feet in height and 70 feet in width, covering a total area of 420 square feet, the sculpture was displayed at Unity Samajik Sansthan in Agartala and officially recognized by World Records India. The artwork featured intricate representations of significant national symbols and events, including the Ram Mandir, Khelo India, Chandrayaan 3, Statue of Unity, Vande Bharat Express, the Women’s Reservation Bill, the G20 Summit, and prominent tourist destinations in Tripura. This monumental creation not only demonstrated Debnath’s exceptional skill and dedication but also promoted awareness of sand art while fostering a sense of national pride.
