The Largest Nadaswaram Ensemble took place on May 6, 2012, at Lal Bahadur Stadium in Hyderabad (then part of Andhra Pradesh), where 1,081 musicians played the traditional South Indian wind instrument Nadaswaram together in unison. Organized by Sri Ganapathy Sachchidananda Swamiji, the event aimed to promote Indian classical music and preserve the cultural heritage of the Nadaswaram, which is often played during temple rituals and auspicious ceremonies. This coordinated performance earned a place in the Guinness World Records for the largest ensemble of its kind.
