The Largest Tamil Poetry Recitation Marathon involved a dedicated group of students and literary enthusiasts who collectively recited the entire Thirukkural, consisting of 1,330 couplets, over an uninterrupted 52-hour period. This marathon event, held in Tamil Nadu, was organized to celebrate Tamil literature and promote cultural heritage, drawing participants from various educational institutions and literary circles. Recognized by the All-India Book of Records, the event showcased the deep-rooted passion for Tamil poetry and the commitment to preserving classical literary traditions.
