The longest chanting marathon by a team was achieved by Purna Chetana Public School in Mysuru, Karnataka, from July 27 to 28, 2024. A total of 214 participants, including students and faculty, engaged in continuous chanting for 16 hours, 1 minute, and 20 seconds. This spiritual and cultural event focused on traditional Sanskrit chants and mantras, aiming to promote mindfulness, discipline, and cultural heritage among young learners. The feat was officially recognized by the India Records Academy, making it a significant achievement in the realm of devotional and educational endurance events in Karnataka.
