On November 5, 2021, Pratik Kumar of Khagaria, Bihar, achieved a remarkable feat by setting the record for the longest ghazal singing marathon. He performed non-stop for 61 hours, starting at 4 PM on November 5 and concluding at 5 AM on November 8, 2021, at the S.K.S.H Conference Hall in Nayagaon Parbatta, Khagaria. During this marathon, Pratik sang a total of 427 unique ghazals without repeating any, showcasing his exceptional vocal endurance and dedication to the art form. The event was officially recognized by the India Book of Records, marking a significant achievement in the realm of Indian music marathons.
