← Longest Patriotic Song Marathon (Bhubaneswar, 2022)

The Longest Patriotic Song Marathon was held in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, on 14 August 2022, as part of the Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav celebrations, where singers performed 75 patriotic songs continuously for 9 hours to mark 75 years of India’s independence. Organized by local cultural organizations in collaboration with the Odisha Sangeet Natak Akademi, the event drew an audience of over 1,200 people, including students, artistes, and music lovers, who gathered to witness the marathon performance. The recital not only created a record for the longest patriotic song singing event in Odisha but also filled the atmosphere with national pride and cultural unity.
