← State-Level Children’s Painting Competition

On December 5, 2023, the Uttarakhand State Child Welfare Council organized a State-Level Children’s Painting Competition at Bal Bhawan, Dehradun, bringing together young talents from across the state. A total of 102 participants representing 11 districts, including children with special needs, showcased their creativity on diverse themes. The event highlighted inclusivity, artistic expression, and cultural awareness among Uttarakhand’s youth. To honor excellence, 16 winners were felicitated by Governor Lt. Gen. Gurmit Singh (Retd.), each receiving a cash prize of ₹10,000, along with medals and certificates, making the competition a memorable celebration of children’s creativity and imagination.
