On February 15, 2018, Anil Kumar, a retired teacher from Bhagalpur, Bihar, achieved the World’s Longest Painting Without a Brush. Spanning an impressive 450 meters in length and 1 meter in width, this artwork was created using rubber foam instead of traditional brushes. The painting, displayed at the Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts (IGNCA) in New Delhi, showcases the rich cultural and historical heritage of Bihar's Ang Desh region. Anil Kumar's innovative approach to art not only highlights his creativity but also emphasizes the diverse methods artists employ to express cultural narratives.
