Refund Policy
Indian Book of Records

At the Indian Book of Records (IBR), we believe in transparency, integrity, and fairness in every interaction with our participants and awardees. Our process operates purely on a cost-to-cost basis, ensuring that every rupee collected is utilized directly for verification, certification, logistics, and operational activities. Since our organization functions as a national recognition platform rather than a commercial enterprise, the concept of refunds does not apply to our services.

Each record, award, or recognition request undergoes extensive review, verification, and documentation. These steps involve manpower, digital validation, and backend processes that commence immediately upon application. Therefore, even our nominal processing charge of ₹1000 is entirely non-refundable. This amount is not a fee for profit but a contribution toward maintaining the authenticity and credibility of India’s most trusted record authority.

The Indian Book of Records strives to keep participation accessible and affordable for all, making it a public-interest recognition body rather than a profit-driven institution. All recognitions, certificates, and awards are processed either free of cost or at the minimum administrative expense required to maintain operational quality. This ensures that achievers from every corner of the nation can participate without financial barriers or hidden costs.

We take pride in being one of the few institutions where acknowledgment of excellence is given on merit, not on payment. Every entry is treated with equal respect, whether it comes from an individual, a school, a college, or an organization. Since our mission is to highlight talent and inspire the nation, the funds collected are reinvested in technological upgrades, awareness drives, and free public campaigns to celebrate Indian excellence.

In conclusion, the Indian Book of Records has a strict No Refund Policy, as every process begins immediately upon submission and all charges are applied on a cost-to-cost basis. Whether a participant contributes a single rupee or the minimum processing amount, it directly supports India’s record ecosystem. By applying with IBR, participants acknowledge and agree that the organization’s goal is recognition, not revenue, celebrating every achiever who helps make India proud.
