Dr. R. K. Nimai Singh is a retired IAS officer from Manipur, well known for his contributions in culture, journalism, youth development, and social work. He serves as Chairman of SAIRAM, a society that works on social, agricultural, and rural development in Manipur. He has held the post of Commissioner of Art & Culture in Manipur and is involved in promoting children’s films, heritage, and the arts. He also writes columns in local newspapers, advocates for uniform development across hill and valley districts, and supports youth engagement in state identity and environment in Manipur.
